He needs to be on a team built around him. If you swap him with Giannis, the Bucks may still be the best team in the east. Yeah, you lose about 10 very efficient ppg, but you're gonna get back 4 more assists. Simmons doesn't fit well with Embiid and he's not a great fit with Butler, either.

And if Lebron had gone to the 76ers last year, they could have made skipped the Butler move and traded for Simmons + Shamet + Covington/Saric for Harris, Beverley, and Harrell. They would be winning the title right now.
