Football question:

Are we down to 85 now? I'm counting 86..

We lost/gitted the following (not graduating or declaring--looking at you, Sapp):
Eli Wolf
Drew Richmond
Latrell Williams
Austin Smith
Marquill Osborne
Will McBride
and now Eric Crosby.
Anthony Harris is looking like he's not gonna make it in. He's not in my 86.

Kenneth George Jr is suspended over the Spring Break brouhaha, but not dismissed.
We don't know if Trey will be back, he IS part of my 86 right now. Same with DKJr.

The 86 number also includes Solomon and Gibbs.

Who was the idiot who locked is gf in his room during a dispute and got arrested? Is that kid still on the team?

When Jon is in battle, as their being surrounded and crushed by the Boltons, the camera-work and direction centering on Jon getting smothered is absolutely incredible. I'm on the couch watching, and holding my chest because the show made it feel like it was literally hard to breath.
Best episode to this point, for sure.

Johnny's still the divorcee / cougar bar? My favorite bar in ATL is the piano bar at McKinnons. I have not been to Churchill Arms since it rebranded, but it was a great place to sit by a fireplace and down a pint or two back in the 90s.

Oh yeah, it's definitely the cougar/divorcee bar. That parking lot gets filled up with lots of luxury and exotic vehicles on a Friday or Saturday night.

Kirkland is another one...they may medical retire him to get back a scholarship and he can still rehab for next year's draft.

It’s one of those things where i don’t hate her. Bc i respect how smart she is.

For me, there was the scene from one of the early seasons that showed her as a girl encountering the witch, who told her what her future would hold. The fact that it all came true almost makes her seem almost like a sympathetic figure, not in control of her own fate despite her power. This is kind of doubled, given that she's a woman and Tywin only cared about grooming and educating Jaime and Tyrion.

Huge contrast between Ramsey whose maniacal tendencies overshadowed his pursuit of acceptance into the Bolton family.. or Littlefinger, who couldn't get over Catelyn so he decided his life to screwing over everyone he could.

Yeah I mean top evils in GoT for me are

Ramsey
Joffrey
Littlefinger
The Mountain
Night King
Cersei

Probably in that order too, the first two were just outright evil. It's like Cersei has had SO MUCH happen that essentially has turned her into who she is, it's not that she's good but it's almost like you at least get it. And the NK intention wise is the worse, but it's hard to truly hate a voiceless being. He is doing what he was created to do basically, destroy humans.

Best Heel-to-Hero turns:
Jaime
The Hound
.
.
(big gap)
.
.
Reek

Honestly, I think the Hound is probably my favorite character

Hound isn't exactly a heel to hero turn in my opinion. Him, Davos, and Tyrion I classify as "are who they are" characters. Meaning they aren't truly any different now than in previous seasons, their core traits and thought process is what it was before.

Jaime & Theon have to be the top two story arcs and growth characters, with Sansa & Arya in the mix as well.

Favorites for me are Davos & Tormund.

Tormund is probably in my top 2 or 3 favorites for the show. He is the perfect comedic relief and a badass as well. His exchanges with Brienne or talking about Brienne are gold, IMO.

I thought for sure he was going to be killed off last episode. I honestly thought he was going to get it in the last episode of last season as well when the turned dragon was obliterating the wall.

He's always told us who he did the most work for - (Too honest)
Then he gave us a hint that a recruit was committing somewhere 15 mins before it became public. Visiting fans saw it and ratted him on on Twitter.

You would have thought he was giving out playbook pages or influencing recruits by the reaction. In reality, 20 message board posters knew we weren't landing a kid a few minutes before the world knew. And zero influence over anything 🙄

Dang.when did this happen?

I’d switch Littlefinger and Cersei. Littlefinger would sometimes do good...despite himself.

All of his 'good' was a byproduct of his own selfishness. Just sometimes it benefited others. Granted, I don't know if we can say the same about Cersei. She genuinely loves her children (her most human characteristic), but has never contributed anything to the good of others.
