Are you insinuating that prosecutors “lawyers” might use their position to influence and coerce otherwise innocent people to admit to a lesser charge to avoid maximum jail time because they don’t have the means to hire a good “ high paid” lawyer to defend them?

I was actually thinking the other way; but, yes, that, too. And then there's the overcharging issue and the potshots like "lying to an FBI agent". Sometimes it's hard to tell which side is more crooked.

Either way it’s a chalk line for a dirty prosecutor. But there are no dirty prosecutors according to the democrats. Unless it’s a prosecutor who doesn’t toe the line.

I actually met Cher in NYC about 35 yrs ago, in a small bistro called Cafe Central where a few of the famous and wannabes would hang out... I was in the area on a business trip and made a side visit with my old high school chum David Keith who introduced me to Cher as "the smartest guy I ever knew"... David had his own table/booth which he had marked by plastering a small orange Power T on the wall. I still remember the first words David spoke when I arrived at his midtown apartment. "Hey (my last name), wanna smoke a joint?"

Not the same reason.

As percentage wise they are more likely to commit crime I don't want them to have the instrumentality of a firearm in tow. You don't want them to vote because they are more likely to vote Dem.

I don't want anyone that doesn't pay taxes to vote. Just like I don't want congressmen voting on their own pay packages. Same reason. And you want them (felons) voting because they are more than likely to vote Dim. And of course we all know that criminals won't illegally use a firearm in the commission of a crime... especially if they are convicted felons.

If they are out and working, paying sales tax etc, hard to justify them not having a say. Your last comment makes no sense. Of course they may break the law with a gun. But possessing it, alone, usually means some prison. So that's a good thing. If they are a convicted felon, know they are not supposed to carry a firearm but still do so, I'm happy to have them behind bars.

Trump should be very concerned about Biden jumping in. He isn’t the crazy man like Bernie, knows how to campaign, and will do well in the rust belt states. My guess is that the Dems will screw their never trump plan up though.

There will be a lot of info coming out on how Biden has used his son to make big bucks in foreign countries. That is how he gets around influence peddling.

I like that felons can be trusted to make the right decision when voting, but they can’t have guns because they’ve made bad decisions before. 200IQ.
