For those that lift and are trying to add muscle, what supplements do you take?

What is your pre workout?
Do you take a post workout?
Glutamine?
Protein Shake?
Mass Gainer?
Vitamins?

I use a lot of things from the JYM line.

You?
Sports multi, protein shake, creatine and eat a **** ton of quality food. Don’t spend a crap ton of money all the other bs

I remember a time when a lot of people loved Bentley from SC. All we heard about was how young and talented he was lol.

Yeah he hasn't lived up to that hype, but that ranking for him is pretty garbage. Too many picks, true, but he was 5th in QBR and 4th in YPA in the league. They put up 30 ppg (even with that total dud of a bowl game), with a mediocre run game (10th in the league). I'd take 30 ppg happily with more TOs.

No, fpi is pure analytical. Nothing subjective. It's an algo. Large weight toward recruiting and returning production, that's why we are high. Means squat when we all know the truth
So I was partly right. We do have a lot of our production returning. Excited to see how much they can improve.

Been a Reds fan my entire life. I’m 46. Much like Tennessee it hasn’t always been bad. The only baseball my dad could get on radio in Vietnam was Cincinnati. He would take me to games as a little kid. I got my picture made with Pete Rose when I was 5.
You're not alone on here. My first ball game was at Riverfront Stadium in 74. Those were the days.

Lineup change coming to The Sports Animal on May 1st. It’ll be Tyler and Will in the morning and Heather and Josh in the midday. Personally I enjoyed Josh and Will together. Heather and Tyler were kind of meh anyways.
Just now seeing this. That's an awful change. Ivens is terrible, and Will is only good because Josh balances him out. Heather and Josh are going to be terrible, IMO, because Heather is just very meh on air. Tyler and Will will be unlistenable. Not that I ever listen to anything on that station besides Sports 180 anyway.

I’ve still got some subconscious BVS: my first thought was “we’re being set up for disappointment”

If the AP or Coaches poll has us 15 then they’ll lose the last shred of credibility remaining. I know they’ll want us at least ranked by the time we play UF though. Better for the tv lineup.

If Football Study Hall (Bill Connelly = GOAT) is correct, returning production at WR has the biggest impact. That would bode very well for us.

Edit: went to find the FSH link for the original article and found a better one - updated version from 2019. Tennessee is #2 in returning production. And I now see the defensive side to this - returning DB tackles matters most on D.

2019 CFB returning production, ranked a better way

Fwiw Minnesota is the next highest P5 team at 10th. We outrank other P5 programs by a good margin. Hmm reason for optimism? Or do we believe more in our trench deficiencies? Truth may be in the middle.

Good article. Logic makes a lot of sense. And yer right about the truth probably being in the middle. But I do think we are set up to improve more than many here expect.

How do you all celebrate the first Sunday after the first Full Moon occurring on or after the vernal equinox?

A nice hike in the Spring weather and some GoT for us and my new mother-in-law this year. I miss the good ole days of egg hunting and receiving more money in 1 day than 2 weeks worth of allowance (aka lawn mowing and doing dishes). Thought I was a king for a week. Too bad there is nothing like that for adults - hey go pick up trash off the ground and receive $5,000!

Its going tok be the busiest weekend in Nashville history. I'd look into private Air BnBs closer to mid-town (downtown will be $600 for a 2 bedroom). The high rise I live in (Element on Music Row) rents a few of the two bedrooms for around $275. I'd also look at hotels on West End, Division, and Thompson Lane. You're going to pay a big price for ride-sharing or parking if you drive. So you'll have to pick your poison there.
Due to the draft, and some deal making with the city and the Titans, many of the lots around the stadium are going to be free parking as is many lots just across the river if you don't mind a little walk. Of course, I would imagine all those spaces get swallowed up very quickly.
