If any of you are running the Music City Marathon next Saturday, I'll be teaching yoga in the VIP tent.

Do you know of any marathon promotions for hotels/lodging? I'm very interested in the 13.1, maybe the full 26.2. Hotels and Airbnb are in full price gouging mode next weekend, and I'm not paying those prices haha.

I get all that but I don't think their reasoning is that far fetched. We should also have a huge upgrade in offensive playcalling and Pruitt should have a better grasp and more time to be a head coach without having to call the d. 15 may be a reach but it's not as crazy as it sounds imo. We'll see though. I'm pretty excited for the season.
I'm excited for this season for the most unscientific reason possible.
Because almost no one else is.

Just seems like when everyone has huge expectations, we get let down.. hard.
This season, everyone expecting just mid rebuild and "show some progress". It's got that reverse mojo feel to me.

Faddddd diet IF is king
Everything is just a fad diet unless you make it your lifestyle.

IF is king though I've been doing that so long not only am I never hungry til at least noon but breakfast never even crosses my mind anymore. I'll eat bacon and eggs for lunch or dinner any day of the week. lol

I think it is based on returning starters, respect of the staffs development abilities and the improvement we showed before running out of gas due to depth the last 2 games. Doesn't seem that outlandish to me and I'm a known negavol.

No, fpi is pure analytical. Nothing subjective. It's an algo. Large weight toward recruiting and returning production, that's why we are high. Means squat when we all know the truth

Yeah workdays for me have always been IF by default. Dont like breakfast, a snack for lunch. I just hate eating a lot early in the day. Feel sluggish.

@GoVolsDR
Its going tok be the busiest weekend in Nashville history. I'd look into private Air BnBs closer to mid-town (downtown will be $600 for a 2 bedroom). The high rise I live in (Element on Music Row) rents a few of the two bedrooms for around $275. I'd also look at hotels on West End, Division, and Thompson Lane. You're going to pay a big price for ride-sharing or parking if you drive. So you'll have to pick your poison there.

Carbs do it to me no matter the time of day. If I ever eat early its fats and protein. Oatmeal or cereal and I need a nap by 1. I used to always pass out in class after lunch too, probably because of the sugar/carb crash. These days I've got tons of energy at least until the sun goes down.
