Oh I hated it...Been on a pretty steady program for about 3 months.. Down 28 lbs. Cardio and strength.. Low weight/high reps....3-5 miles a day.Yup for me to be 185-200 I gotta eat 1500 and lift/cardio which is fkd. I’m fat as **** right now and kinda enjoy and kinda hate it. Spent too many years on MFP. Weird position.
Yeah I checked in to doing keto. The no alcohol was a deal breaker.I drink too much beertherefore I need to lose about 10 pounds. Cut out the beer
and I could easily lose the 10 pounds
