Cause I do cardio first and don't want to blow up my heart
20 years ago before we knew all we do now about ephedrine, I would cycle on and off of it... Had no idea how bad it was for my heart at the time... Glad I did cycle off regularly...

But... Man did that ish work!!!

Yeah if I don’t diet I gain weight like a MF. Eat pizza over the weekend and gain 5 pounds. Although I do build muscle easier. Total endomorph.
Same here. Just trying to get to a weight where I can maintain. Getting closer..

Can't eat 1300 calories forever.. Lol.

Yup for me to be 185-200 I gotta eat 1500 and lift/cardio which is fkd. I’m fat as **** right now and kinda enjoy and kinda hate it. Spent too many years on MFP. Weird position.

BCAAs are a waste **** that. Unless you’re doing a show and every detail counts.

Ah ok. Didnt realize that. Its in the protein powder already so i guess i could get a cheaper kind. I did take mass gainer but i didnt like the way i felt. I heard bad things about the maltodextrin in it but idk.

Give me a name for which remaining player from each class goes on to have the best season. Best season being arbitrary - so base it on biggest impact, or best statistics, or however you see fit. Link to players from each class in the years...

2019 - Jaylen McCoullough... Overreaction by me perhaps based off of the spring game, but this defense is in need of a playmaker. Tank looked like a natural out there. First int was a gimme, but he made it. Second int was a thing of beauty. And he's supposed to be best suited for an in the box role. I'd love for nothing more than Nigel to bust out and be a high draft pick, but nothing I've seen the past three years indicates that'll happen. Couple that with the reports of Trevon Flowers underwhelming this spring, and I just think it's going to be very hard to keep JM off the field, and I believe he'll make his presence felt.

2018 - Alontae Taylor.... I considered Bryce Thompson here based off his return ability, but I think we get Velus Jones and he's the primary return man when its said and done. Taylor had a few rough moments last year but considering he was a true freshman and his first time playing corner, he was exceptional. All the word from everyone is he's been completely dedicated this offseason. More of a leader and you can tell Fitz has had an impact physically. I think that translates on the field. Our pass rush is going to need some help this year, and quality coverage will help immeasurably.

2017 - Ty Chandler... With Trey Smith very likely out, this one is a no brainer. Really slim pickings to choose from in this class. Although Palmer is emerging and by all accounts it sounds like Ignont, Reid, and even Butler are carving out some sort of role. Not sure if those roles are because they're playing well, or just a general lack of depth on this team. Nevertheless, Ty is a weapon, and I think Chaney showcases him this year.

2016 - Jarrett Guarantano - Again, slim pickings here, and considering his position and how Chaney is the magic man when it comes to QB's, plus my general thinking that JG is better than a lot give him credit for to begin with... I think he has a very good year.
