To some extent I guess it’s an appeal . The problem was / is , you have a population that wasn’t ready to be dragged into becoming another euro country in their great union . Barry tried really hard but he missed . We are different from any other country on this planet and people are proud of that , the left tried to shame us for being proud and brow beat us into thinking we need to be more like the Europeans . Trump was the way out of that and people took it .
