One thing to keep in mind, whoever coaches this team going forward is going to inherit a team of talented but spoiled gals. Some won't be able to handle being pushed like a championship team is pushed. They've been allowed to pretty much do whatever they've wanted to do since they've been here. Many won't respond and leave.
It's obvious this team is soft. I've never seen so many hairdos on a basketball team. They don't seem to care about winning or be upset at losing. They don't even look like typical athletes. They don't run down the court, they prance. I hate to make it a blanket statement but their are only 2-3 that look like basketball players. You've hit on part of the problem. I think Holly has had success recruiting a certain type of player that's looking for softer coaching. This team is soft. I was talking with a former player and she said that some of the current players get upset when they're criticized or pushed. Holly doesn't push hard at all, so it's hard to imagine how they'd respond to a tough coach who wouldn't tolerate the way they practice or play.

and false eyelashes--plus the thing with the shorts tucked in? It must be a thing, I see a lot of them doing it..It's obvious this team is soft. I've never seen so many hairdos on a basketball team. I get that girls want to be pretty. Nothing wrong with that. But, a few years ago I would see pictures of the girls during the pregame when they were all made up and they were almost unrecognizable. It was obvious on gameday they were concerned about winning a basketball game and not trying to look like a runway model.and false eyelashes--plus the thing with the shorts tucked in? I'd give her the last game, if she wants it. No way I let her coach the tournament.I didn't even watch the game. Caught just a few minutes and they looked like the Keystone Cops highlight reel. I think Holly reached her breaking point last weekend. Fulmer needs to remove her now, for the good of the program and her own health. Really, she looks mentally spent.
I don’t care if they have already agreed that this ends at the end of the season, she needs to step down or be fired right now. She shouldn’t coach another game.

Soccer can't be that hard.
Here's a ball, kick it into that goal. Hey big dude, don't let them kick it into our goal.
Pat would never have signed them if she thought for one minute that they couldn't take her style of coaching.
