Very possible and maybe that's the only connection but I sense they are closer.

That’s correct. I’ve heard Low mention they were at UT during the same time, thus the connection. I think they’re both from around Charlotte too.

Hey fellow cord cutters...got a new TV for Christmas and only stream from built-in Roku. I see Fox has an app, but the CBS requires a subscription... trying to figure out how to watch AFC title game on it without signing up for CBS All Access. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Probably Charlton Warren leaving UF to go to UGA amongst the other coaching changes around college football. They recruit kids and then change schools. That’s my guess.

Yes but it's all app driven. ESPN app has both so does most all the streaming service providers...psvue, sling, DirecTV now, you tube TV etc... Think of Roku as your cable box and all the apps the channels...

Welp, I reckoned that this place is the best place outside of church to ask for prayers.. my wife got a call from her sister in Pennsylvania that her boyfriend laid hands on her. Evidently, he's out on parole, he is addicted to drugs and my sister-in-law has been working and supporting his habits. Today, she lost her job and the boyfriend took it out on her. My wife and her dad decided to head up that way to bring her home to Tennessee despite how bad the weather conditions are supposed to be. I would go but she wants me here for work and the kids to make sure they're okay.

I could really use all the prayers you all can give for safe travels and to bring my sister-in-law home without anything bad happening. I just lost my grandfather a couple a weeks ago to cancer and I dont think I could handle anything else bad happening.

Just an update to this.. my sister-in-law found the guts to call the police on this as*hole and managed to, despite the fear she had for herself, get him sent back to jail. My wife and her father are still in route to pick her up.

Prayers seem to be coming true! Now, we can just pray for their travels and hope they get back safe!

If you need a last ditch effort, just google “chiefs vs patriots reddit”. There are always free streams on reddit. The amplified antennae is the way to go for CBS, but if that’s not feasible by tomorrow of you just need a short term fix, this should take care of it.

I 100 percent disagree with this. And I say that as someone who has taught these young men. The proudest moment I have is when a player wrote me a letter about how I made him want to learn -- he was here for football -- (in his own words) but something happened in the magic that is the classroom that made him not only want to learn but turned him into a great student.

Well I have been on the sober January thing, no alcohol. It's going good. Get up feeling good no headaches, lost a lil weight to boot. Have not even smoked in a week either. Guess I need to start hitting the weights again and get back beefcake. Been single to long, ready to mingle again after horrible past 2 relationships.
