There were three of us non-managerial people at my last (final) job, and we all left within four weeks.

--I retired with three months notice, after letting the other two know I was outta there. I am now working PT as a contractor on the same job, because I am an idiot, but at least I report to a different person, and I have some control over my hours. I'm still trying to fix the unfixable, because I'm stupid that way.
--another went back to her former job, after they begged her to come back, and after she was publicly disrespected by our idiot manager.
--the third did a lateral transfer to a different station, same job, higher pay, opportunity to work from home most days, and grateful support and awareness from leadership at the new job.

Anyone in management who has four supes quit all at once should be fired on the spot. Anyone who lets conditions develop to where people who rise to that level and nevertheless leave is obviously incompetent. But then, the current trend in American business is to slash costs by firing those who make the company work, so that the stock price briefly rises, thus rewarding management. What an interesting world.
They've decided to do a Chinese fire drill with all the supervisors and managers
