I'm of the opinion that there hasn't been a better time to tend bar than now. My youngest cousin is in Austin at a fine dining concept (I used to work for the same company). He works about 30 hours and pulls in 1200-1500 weekly. He's doing private event stuff on the side which is perfect in that town. He probably eclipsed the 80k mark this year without cracking overtime more than a couple of times.

He's probably partying and getting laid like flooring tiles too

I don't judge a person by how much money that he has or makes. All that crap is irrelevant to how I feel about a person.. I treat to a person the same if he is worth 1 dollar or 100 million, and I know both types..
