Bradley testified multiple times that he didn’t know anything about the incident until after the 90’s, which schiano was gone by then. There was zero evidence of it. McQueary testified that Bradley told him about a time in the 90’s Schiano came into his office white as a ghost and told him he saw Sandusky. Bradley denied. So not only did McQueary not get the information from Schiano, or see Schiano witness it but the dude who allegedly told the story to McQueary denied it.... Under Oath

No, you’re right here. They will lump us together. But they’ll be hypocrites when they do. They said we should hire Schiano in spite of the stuff about Penn State. If they say we’re wrong to hire Briles when the only thing against him is unsubstantiated rumors, they’re being hypocrites

This is really simple now--- go get Briles or Enos... Briles first and foremost. Then go close STRONG on two more elite WR's... lastly, YOU F'N PAY WHATEVER YOU HAVE TO IN ORDER TO KEEP FITZ. PEEERRIOODDDDD.

Okay. I never said he did it, just that he was accused. But that’s not the point anyway. This is nowhere near the same as us wanting Briles

You said simply being mentioned makes him unhire-able (who cares if it might be false with zero evidence am I right). Kavanaugh would like a word lol.

Briles has actually been named in a Title IX lawsuit, which is more than Schiano had against him at Psu

I think it will help that there have been 2 other schools he has been at without any trouble. They havevetted him. It's also been plenty of time for anything new to come out of there was anything. Houston caught some heat yet nothing else came up.

Kendal is guilty by association. He never "saw" anything like supposedly Schiano did. It's not his job to discipline. It was knly kendals job to coach and let his dad and AD discipline

The media tried to tar Saban as a liar when he went back on his word of staying at Miami. Then they tried to paint the Bama fanbase as drooling idiots based on the airport arrival hystetia. Do you think anyone down there GAF about the media? Hire us a coach we can believe in and we will take care of the rest. Or hire who the national sports media wants you to hire and keep losing with a disgruntled, divided fanbase. Seems like an easy choice.

I come back for a brief visit and see we are still litigating the Schiano non-hire a year later.

Media is gonna troll us, until we start winning, especially when some are so easily triggered and we generate clicks, likes, retweets, etc.

Just hire a fricking winning OC and we will be OK.

No. I said we shouldn't hire him because he sucked. The fact that he is also connected to that (along with him sucking) makes it even worse, and thus unhireable. You see, if you actually pay attention to what I wrote, then you would understand what I said.

And I was a Kav supporter so don't throw that crap at me.

The judge dismissed it because Briles fought it. Schiano is apparently afraid of what might come out if he fights and gets deposed.

Vince Ferrara was still talking about Freeze this morning. He also said that Tennessee "better get this done quickly or it will look bad." Not only is he a tool that hates Tennessee, he is also inaccurate and petty.

Okay, so you think it plausible that Kendal knew absolutely nothing about his father covering up rapes while working under him? And you see nothing suspicious selling sex during recruiting? Easily arguable that there's enough suspicion to link Kendal to that scandal. Yet you want to hire Kendal Briles.

The thing is, suspicion does not equal guilt. If you didn't want Schiano because he was crappy, I'm fine with that, but people shouldn't keep pointing to the Penn State thing to justify it.

Exactly. And he will not be our head coach. He will be an OC. HUGE difference.
