Sorry guys, I knew better. Sometimes after a couple of days of normal conversations with others, I just start thinking everyone is capable.
A thing that you also have to look at, those are the best teams in America and for the majority of their 4th quarters they were milking the clock and playing keep away. I would like to see those numbers in the 1st half’s.Here is my point

And Bama runs the spread at a slower pace, without substituting as often. It's not that big of an adaptation.Charger
One of the biggest reasons teams use pace is to keep defenses from being able to change personale. Slowing down the pace would eliminate one of the key ways Briles has gained an advance in his scheme
