What lawsuits is Kendal tied up in? He was quoted in a lawsuit briefing allegedly making a statement about white girls at Baylor and their affinity for football players; however, I don’t think he has been named as a defendant in any lawsuits. The lawsuits that I have read about involve only Baylor Administration and Art Briles.

That’s why I said he hasn’t been named yet but he’s certainly in the middle of that mess. He may be clean but we will never know whether or not he was involved in all likelihood. Some of his social media comments didn’t look good I know. Kind of like Zach Smith in some ways when it comes to the social media posts. I would expect more backlash like what Orange Crush posted of we hired him though.

Patrick Brown in his 247 article said Briles a leading candidate according to his sources. Has produced at every stop, if hired we would owe 500K per year for three years to cover his buyout.

Only Tennessee would pay 1.5M for a guy with more negative baggage than Hugh Freeze, who doesn’t come with a buyout.
