'19 WV OL Darnell Wright (Tennessee signee)

Seems like this kid has already committed to a school, and is using his sports schedules as an excuse not to take OVs. Every time he's supposed to be somewhere he has a built in reason not to go. Just seems strange now that football is over and OVs should start, he's going to take them....unless his basketball schedule prohibits him from doing so. How is he going to get OVs in before February with a full BB schedule to play? I honestly think he has no intentions of going through this process, that he's already decided what he's doing and he'll sign when he's ready. Just hope it's to the good guys!

Not visiting Bama this weekend
Oh no now the conversation will now go to he has quit football on here. The kid plays basketball, it is the holidays and it is raining here in WV, maybe he is being an 18 yr old kid and shopping along with chilling out. Maybe some others on here need to chill out on him too.

Maybe it's a really good sign for us that he is snubbing the defending national champion and #1 team by not visiting when he said he would.

hasnt he said he plans to extend this beyond NSD?
Yes, but all signs point to us. The interview/ video, most Crystal Balls, and Pruitt pretty much hinting it’s a done deal. He’s a high schooler, hopefully he changes his mind and signs early, if not at least verbally commit to us before December is over.

‘14 and ‘15 were very good classes on paper that didn’t fullly pan out for multiple reasons.

If you take the lowest 3-5 players off those classes they still finish very high.

I thought they only counted top 20 players or 25 regardless how many they sign

Wait. He’s announced that he’s waiting until after early signing deadline or he’s not announcing until after NSD??

Did it with Thompson this year. Signed in June, entered program as a midyear enrollee, played this year and forward-counted to next year. Have to sign after the calendar year resets (gen 6/1).
