Amateur Hour Continues

I was viewing more as the public's. He serves us you know.

He does but he holds pressers to give us information that he’s privy to. I believe the press should question that info but don’t make it about yourself . Jim wants to be in the spotlight , that makes him a bad reporter but a good pundit .

Bonus: How he describes Georgia as being "all stacked" against the Republican Secretary of State who was running for Governor.

Jerry Brown looking like “my god look what I’ve done”.
Jerry Brown looking like "my god look what I've done, I've given this moron a platform to make asinine comments as I have to stand here and try to appear respectful."

I wouldn’t worry about moonbeam Brown thinking about asinine comments , hes never worried much about things like that . Now his tree hugging idiology along with all of his “omg we should like keep the Forrest all natural like bruh, it would be a hella good vibe here for people and stuff “ is what he should be thinking about . They created a hella tender box bruh.

Wonder if Gavin Newsom ever thought that one day he would be standing next to his ex's boyfriend's dad talking about raking forests in Finland. I'm going to go with no.

But he doesn't serve the press. He doesn't have to answer their questions. He could resort to just issuing press releases of what he wants out there if he so decided. Even as POTUS, he himself still has rights.

Sure he could, and I don't put it past him. It would be just one more thing that separates him from what we consider to be normal. Like the daily press briefings, a free flow of information is a detriment to Trump.

Is it normal for the President to be under constant attack from the MSM? Hard to consider anything "normal" given he's never been treated normally.

He is completely to blame. No candidate/president has ever been such a consistent and blatant liar. No candidate/president has ever attacked the press with such venom. No candidate/president has ever aligned themselves so completely with a right wing media source (or any one particular source). And certainly no candidate/president has ever called the press "the enemy of the people".

Dry the tears, Luther. I know you consider him the devil. You are unable to have a reasonable conversation about Trump because of all that hate. Trump has been on the attack since he announced his candidacy, so why are you surprised he doesn't like them? If someone constantly attacked you, ridiculed you and put you down, would you not fight back? And to be honest, I agree with him to a degree that a biased media is the enemy of the people. You love to scream about propaganda, IMO, that's what much of the media has become by taking sides. The media is there to report, not try to actively shape the opinion of America, which is what they have become. They tell you what you should believe, and unfortunately there are plenty of sheep in this country that are willing to blindly follow without thinking for themselves. Is that really the America you want? Sheep guided by talking heads, whether that be CNN or Fox?

I agree that we would be much better off with a public informed on the facts and without the slant and bias found in most media sources. Had we had this, we certainly never would have ended up with Trump.
Trump is the devil personified.

You're entitled to your opinion. Personally, and I've told you this before, I find HRC to be far, far worse. She's actually a skilled liar as compared to Trump who is easily caught. Hillary isn't just the devil personified, I think Satan himself might be afraid of her. Trump is loud and obnoxious, but his faults are easily laid bare for all to see. Hillary is much more dangerous as she has the ability to keep her sins either hidden or disregarded. Even with your bias, it surprises me that you cannot see past the glamor she's cast on your chosen party. She's not about service, or helping the country, she's all about amassing power. Trump is a Boy Scout in comparison to Hillary.

If they both had magic powers that allowed them to create the world in their desired image, I would take Hillary's a thousand times over.

Retired Adm. William McRaven on Sunday stood by his previous statement that President Donald Trump's attacks on the news media represent "the greatest threat to democracy" after the President dismissed him as a "Hillary Clinton backer" in an interview that aired on Fox News.
"I did not back Hillary Clinton or anyone else," McRaven, who oversaw the operation that killed Osama bin Laden, told CNN. "I am a fan of President Obama and President George W. Bush, both of whom I worked for. I admire all presidents, regardless of their political party, who uphold the dignity of the office and who use that office to bring the nation together in challenging times."
"I stand by my comment that the President's attack on the media is the greatest threat to our democracy in my lifetime," McRaven said, referencing remarks he made about Trump last year."When you undermine the people's right to a free press and freedom of speech and expression, then you threaten the Constitution and all for which it stands."

I think he is an ex Navy Seal who served 37 years......and he is exactly right.
