Just limit reporters to two questions or whatever. That would take care of 90% of the problem.That’s probably the best way to handle it . If Jim grandstands just shut it down and walk out . It won’t take many times doing that and Jim will get pressure from the others to stop doing it .

I hadn't heard there was such a rule. If there was the White House press office could have easily cited that as the reason for the suspension rather than the laying hands on intern excuse. I think that was part of the reason the judge ruled as he did today.That is the limit I believe that they try to keep . But if “somebody “ wants to debate rather than ask his two questions it’s hard to keep the flow going .
