Yeah, that would go over well.

I'd ask you who in your lack of wisdom you would hire after firing a guy that's equally last years win totally with 3 games left, but I dont think the answer would get any better.

I'm a realist and fully understand that Pruitt is going to be here a while. And I truly hope he ends up being the greatest coach of all time. But 1. I don't think a first year head coach is what a program, in this poor of shape, needed to turn things around. 2. If you can't coach a team well enough to score more than 7 points against the 4th ranked team in Conference USA.... well? 3. A coach that constantly blames his players and fails to try changes at key positions when that position is clearly not adequate is either afraid of looking bad or has someone else running the show.

And if after tonights game you think we can beat UK, MO or Vandy well you are a positive peach and have managed to pull a silver lining out of a cess pool.

At this point, it couldn't hurt to make a QB change to see if creates some kind of positive spark. Just wish Pruitt would coach like his job depended on it.

To be Frank, none of us are entitled to anything this team does on the field, being a fan today , this school or players don't owe you a thing. It's a privilege not a right to be a Vol fan. The negaVols, are just a demonstration of life's little ugly realities....you can't fix stupid.

Let's be positive, Pruitt pulls the team together and wins the next 3 games, if he is able to do this with this team, he should be coach of the year, anyone disagree?

Yes, hes here a minimum of 3 unless there is a scandal or he cant make a bowl game in 3 years. So having said that, the fact hes a first year HC and you didnt want is irrelevant from that aspect alone.

My post didnt mention anything about the remaining 3 games. But I'm also not the one hanging the rest of the season on one game. Even if we did win it.

Your football knowledge alone has told me I'm good if I'm in the opposite direction. Thanks.

A win against Alabama, Georgia, and Florida might qualify someone for coach of the year. A win against Vandy, Kentucky, and Missou qualifies you for a welcome back to the mid-tier you were already at for the last 10-15 years.

I will agree that today’s game was disappointing in a lot of ways. That’s about all we can agree on, except that we are Vol fans.

No, but, you are not entitled to a win or loss, being a fan is a neutral state, either you are one or not.....until you pad up and get the living crap knocked out you on the FB field, your just a spectator. It's your choice, but since you are not happy with being as fan, .....leave.
