Last two plays vs SC any QB with a brain at least moves in the pocket and gets the pass out for a chance. Not sit behind good protection and still get sacked. It wasnt all on him bit we should have had a chance and JG took that away.

No, the defense that couldn’t stop anyone for the entire second half took it away.

Never should have gotten there. Putting the blame on JG for that loss is just misguided IMO. The defense had an epic choke and letdown in the second half.

Everyone knew this team was horrible before the year even started. The problem started after the Auburn game when a bunch of idiots suddenly thought we should be competing for the SEC all of a sudden.
We won a game against a team that was struggling and overrated. But some of our fan base couldn’t see what really happened that game and instead of realizing that it was a perfect storm of breaks going our way and our team playing nearly flawless, they saw it as we were suddenly a top team and should be competing with a Bama for the SEC.

Once reality came back during the Bama game instead of them realizing that the auburn game was the exception and not the rule, they suddenly took it as the qb and coaches sucking. The qb has always been at a disadvantage with the online, and this staff is stuck with the crap butch left.

This year was always going to be a wash and anyone that thought otherwise is either just plain clueless and knows nothing about football or is stuck in the “gruden will fix everything” camp that will never be happy until we get Saban or the next big name in coaching.

My prediction is we lose the last 3 games with JG getting pounded because KY, MO and Vandy are going to send everthing plus the kitchen sink at him. Heck I can't believe SC didn't. If they had rushed more than 3 players they might have blown us out.

Bray was playing at a very high level in 2012. He was throwing it all over the field. Was 8th in the nation in TD passes snd 17th in passing yards. We had either the 3rd or 4th best scoring offense in the SEC. we couldnt win more because the defense was complete garbage. So this narrative about the QB being responsible for wins and losses needs to stop. I dont care how good your QB is, if the rest of your team sucks, you are doomed.

I didn't watch the game because where I work does not allow for it. But I was able to check the internet for updates after the game was over. I saw a 14-3 win.

Wow. Not sure what happened, but this is hard. Tough game. Possibly a let down after last week letting that much-needed win slip away from us. Oh well. I'll be at the UK game in Knoxville. Driving down from D.C. with my son for his first game. Hoping for a great result, but expecting more of the same. It'll be fun to be back in Knoxville regardless.

If I could drink right now, I'd be throwing back a lot of whiskey and longing for better times.

Every time I hear him blame the players I start thinking we probably should let him go. I mean if you can't coach well enough to beat Charlotte by more than 11 points then you aren't much of a coach. Oh and this time I don't think you can blame the defense.
