This is great stuff. Shows how MSU slowed Auburn down laterally. They used their RPO's and read options. We don't have a scheme like that, and we don't have a QB that can run like that. I have a friend who is an MSU alum, and he says their OL has been a problem, but they played well against Auburn. Stidham was not good- overthrew a wide open trick play and missed a wide open slant on 4th down.
Auburn ran a flea flicker and the WR was all alone in the middle of the field with no DBs anywhere close. Easy trot into the EZ except Stidham overthrew the WR by at least 5 yards. Auburn RB also did what Banks did against UTEP; tried to stretch out for the goalline and fumbled into the EZ and MSU recovered. That stuff will make a HC lose his mind.
