My point was that it's a safe answer, regardless. Other answers have been more decisive. I didn't say it proved anything.

It proves no one she claims was present can confirm that this particular party ever happened. Much less that she was sexually assaulted at it.

The Dems keep bringing up Kavanaugh's predilection for drinking, trying to use his yearbooks to assert allegations. Ford's own yearbook suggests she liked to imbibe as well. All the arguments used against Kavanaugh about him being a black out drunk, suggesting the alcohol effected his memory, would these same arguments not apply to Ford? She claims she only had one beer(one of the few things she seems to remember), but her yearbook(mind you the Dems were the first to look to yearbooks as some form of proof) suggests she was a much heavier drinker.

Some want to pretend that an alleged victim's past doesn't matter, but when the allegation is made 36 years later, it does.

I am still unsure what to believe happened.

I do think the extremely partisan claims by K and the GOP Senators, particularly Graham, were unwise and unhelpful.

I also think the brief FBI investigation does help repair their image, somewhat.
