Been there, done that. I had a big house in an expensive neighborhood. I decided it wasn't my thing. It was paid for within 10 years or so, but it was one of my dumber ideas, and I've had a few in my life.

These people are giving statements (again) under penalty of perjury which is a felony. Ford gave names of witnesses to corroborate her story. Every one has said she is a liar. They aren’t gonna change their story. Wouldn’t that make it plausible that Ford has committed perjury even with her vague recollections?

Yeah, we got a McMansion north of Houston about 15 years ago and I'm trying to talk my wife into selling it now that we're empty nesters but she's rooted in there pretty good. Heck I could live in the double wide that serves as a break room at my workplace, or build a nice cabin on the 3 acres in back of the warehouse here, but she's opposed on account of the crackheads in the rental trailers on the one side of the property...

I just don’t get it . This friend says she doesn’t ever remember being at a party with K but ford said she wouldn’t remember because she didn’t tell her about the
allegations .

Ks frieds , Judge and PJ both say it didn’t happen and that they never saw K act in this manner as long as they’ve known him .

Where’s the beef?

You have a women that can’t remember details of her own story , friends that don’t remeber the “ party/get together “ , someone who doesn’t like to fly but flys all over the country and out of it , didn’t know that the committee offered to come to her so she wouldn’t have to appear in public , when asked what was the most horrific thing that stands out to her about that night her immediate response was “ the two boys laughing at her “ , and finally one whole party that when she does show up ( finally ) they spent their 5 mins promoting the #Metoo movement and slobbering over her bravery and victimhood.

I think I recall she had tasked her lawyer to draft a statement to say she didn't recall the incident, but the drafted denial was broader in scope. There was a follow-up apology to Ford for the statement seeming broadly dismissive.

I'll see what I can find on that.

I had to read it a bit too. I think Keyser has stated for the record she cannot remember ever meeting or knowing Kavanaugh. Ford excuses that as since she didn’t tell Keyser there’s no reason for her to remember.

So basically Keyser’s interview should be “I still don’t have any idea what the hell any of them are talking about.”

So we’re seeing the new narrative. K lied because K stated during testimony that Keyser refuted. Keyser states she never knew K. Theyre attempting to discredit the witness accounts. It’s a stupid play but hey that’s their playbook.

In an email to the Senate Judiciary Committee sent Saturday evening and obtained by POLITICO, Leland Keyser said she does not know Kavanaugh or remember being at a party with him. The committee believed Keyser was one of the unnamed people referred to in a Washington Post story whom Ford remembered attending the high school party. Ford told the Post that she remembered Keyser being at the party.

Simply put, Ms. Keyser does not know Mr. Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford," said Howard Walsh, who said he has been "engaged in the limited capacity" of corresponding with the committee on behalf of Keyser.

Remember this tweet thread. The moonbats are trying to establish Fords dismissal of Keyser’s non corroboration as having more weight than Keyser’s own original statement. MSM is obviously on board too.

I have seen the use of the term "credible accusation". If you have an accuser who says this happened with these 4 people present and the 4 people who the accuser claims was present under oath say they weren't present/don't remember is the accusation credible?

How many they-saids does it take to make one she-said not credible?

It's called I don't remember and I wasn't there but I believe my friend.

It's like when a kid breaks something at someone's house while they are there with the parents. The parents come in and ask the kid if they broke it, the kid tells them no and the parent will defend the kid almost to the point of confrontation because they believe that their kid would never lie to them.

See this is the BS that drives me crazy because it’s considered as an answer to the question . Example ... if any of us no matter what side you stand on tried to answer a question like that with that in this forum we would be hammered as deflecting or ignoring the question . But it’s exceptable in congress ? 🤨
