I think this is going exactly how the democrats hoped it would. It’s created a stink, it’s opened up plenty of opportunities to call rightful skeptics sexists or enablers, it’s further stoking fears among women about a guy that seems a lot more ambivalent about Roe v Wade than they were hoping. With any luck this fearmongering bleeds into the upcoming election and equates higher vote counts. I hope the democrats really feel this is a hill worth dying on, they are writing the script for the next major Democrat appointment when the pendulum swings back.

Why do you insist on making this about right or left? It really involves a dispute between two people, one of whom is telling the truth, one of whom is not. Let them both testify and see how they appear and judge it based on that. People should not pre-judge the matter until they have heard her description and his denial.
