Is it? Is that what really happened or is regret afterwards upon finding out folks at the party know what you just did and you make crap up to cover it? So far all three stories, friend, Drea and accuser don't seem to be traveling the same direction.

This statement is kind of ironic. The jury determines if it is the truth or not and to what extent the law was violated.

She will be subject to cross examination, so there will be testimony elicited from that. The jury will be given instructions to help determine if they believe it is the truth. Physical appearance, behavior, prior statements, prior actions, whether it's believable, etc. in conjunction with other testimony and proof will help the jury to decide.

No one really knows the truth other than maybe 3 people, and even then, 3 people can have different versions. That's why you need a jury.

It’s like most cases. You have the defendant all but condemned, THEN they get to present their case. Gotta say that I still believe in the possibility of AJ’s innocence...but he ain’t innocent! There was some major ugliness here and I don’t feel bad about the loss of his NFL career at this moment.
