Easy to say that but your 21, hott girl comes up to you, do you think you would have the presence of mind to say "you know what, no thanks." Idk that i would, of course, i was never in that situation. Lol

Usually the right decision is never the easy decision. That’s why you need someone to hold you accountable and look out for you. Especially being someone in a high profile position.

So...we all knew this is exactly what she has been saying happened all this time, and now you just believe it? 🤔

I don't buy it anymore now, than I did at the beginning. I have zero respect for any of the people involved. I think Drae is a sucker that bought a garbage story told to him to smooth over his hurt cucked feelings, and everything just went south from there. The missing cell phones tell me all I need to onow.

The more I read of the court transcript... the more out of sync her friend and her testimony got... the more it just lays itself out as complete BS. She won't admit that she had any involvement whatsoever... according to her, AJ pulled her upstairs without her permission, ripped her clothes off immediately, forced his penis into her bone-dry vagina, then told his buddy to lock the door as they pinned her down and took turns while she cried and screamed "No" every time a penis wasn't in her mouth.

Once you wade through all the BS... I guarantee this is what ACTUALLY happened...... "AJ was a celebrity on campus that I had hooked up with a few times before, it was loud downstairs so I asked if we could go somewhere quieter. He suggested to go look at the fish tanks, so I said cool and followed him. I gave him every indication I was down for whatever with removing my shoes and we made out a bit... I gave him oral, and told my friend to just roll with it, but she wasn't down so she left the room. Mike was frustrated and AJ asked me if it was OK for him to join in. I didn't really want him to, but I said OK, so long as nobody finds out. After 'the train' started I got super uncomfortable, felt like a whore, and told them to stop. They stopped after they could see I was uncomfortable... and then I cried. Pearson saw me leaving the room and I panicked because it was going to get out around campus that I let the football team run the train on me... so I told him not to tell anybody. Maggit tried to make me feel better cause he saw I was upset, he did a little but I was just uncomfortable being at the party at that point so Drae drove me home and I talked myself into calling it something that went a little overboard but here we are and I can't turn back now because I've already ruined AJ's life."

Nobody's in the right that was involved in this situation. It was college kids doing college kid stuff and it got a little out of hand... and nobody's life should have gotten ruined over it...

I honestly, don't "enjoy" listening to Tyler Ivans. Not a fan of Heather either. This show is by far the worst.

I thought it would be impossible to find someone worse than heather, but I was wrong. In the past few years, I would listen to that show while working out, but it has become so bad that I now listen to music and the workouts seem to fly by. The "Sports Animal" doesn't have very many sports casters who are very good.

Are you on the defense team? This sounds like an alternative scenario that the defense will present to create doubt in the minds of the jurors.

In any case, without the texts from the girls' phones, it will end up she said/he said/he said, and the jurors get to decide.

At least there's no Mickey anymore:clapping::clapping::clapping:

But I totally agree. Tyler Ivans is pure cringe. He's unlistenable.

But not as rage-inducing as Mickey's outright ignorance, lack of knowledge, and his bellicose attitude.

I need some help, my son in law is a nurse . He finished his final course to become a nurse at Carson Newman, after this he, my daughter and beautiful 3 three year old grand daughter moved to Palmdale California, with help from his mother has a good job. It is now time for him to apply to school to become an nurse anesthetist, he is applying to a school in California and the University of Tennessee. I know there are good people on this board who have connections around the university, if anyone could help with information that might help with admission it would certainly be appreciated. I would love to have them back in East Tennessee, life is better when they’re here. I realize this maybe to much to ask but I have to try!
Thanks in advance.

The narrative I wrote is paraphrased bits and pieces that were taken from the unbiased parts of the testimony through reading the court transcript. "The accuser's" testimony is the story you narrate to your mom and dad... not the truth. Her own friend offered up most of that narrative, providing an eye-witness account of her friend willingly giving AJ oral... which the accuser denies saying it "probably looked that way from her friend's perspective" ... So apparently she was in the briefcase position where her mouth was an inch away from her vagina while she was being vaginally raped? She's said before that AJ was fine it was Mike that caused it to be non-consensual. She also admitted she didn't say no so they would have had no way of knowing. ... But then she recants that with she "clearly said no" when Mike joined in... we'll see what the guys say.

BTW... How many high school friends do you have that would just... walk out of a room and leave you there to be raped without telling anybody? She was VERY aware of that situation...

Note that her friend was completely clean of any involvement in her version, which is convenient. Regardless, she at least left the potentially bad situation. The accuser just said AJ was on top of her and her friend and Mike were doing stuff she couldn't really see what was going on.

I'm sure AJ and Mike's version have themselves painted as angels like the others that testified did for themselves... and the truth is somewhere in the middle, somewhere pretty close to how I wrote it...

Started out fine and completely consensual... got awkward when her friend wasn't down for a foursome... then super awkward when Mike joined in, got a little rapey, stopped... WTF just happened? That escalated quickly... Guilt/shame sets in... 911 gets called... she goes to a hospital for rape kit... kind of has to roll with it from there...

It's an ugly, stigmatized situation, but a gray-area-at-best rape case for the prosecution... it's not like she emerged from that room covered in blood and semen like a bukkake Carrie. She says it lasted about 5 minutes and they quit when she started crying. It reads more like a super awkward college threesome than a rape. Nobody got hurt. She didn't even want them to go to jail in the 911 call, she just felt violated afterwards.

Is her feeling violated after a night of extremely poor decision-making on her own part worth 2 peoples' lives being ruined?

No.

That sounds about right.

And While I think they are all disgusting, it doesn't mean that those dudes lives should have been ruined.

No matter what happens now, they will wear the scarlet R the rest of their lives.

No.

I can clearly tell you have thought about it and made judgments based upon the transcripts. The only comment I have is that the way you describe what you think happened and some of the language you use could have been proposed in a much better way.

This type of case right here is what makes raising daughters particularly scary. Fathers with daughters, please talk to your girls about the importance of waiting until marriage before engaging in sexual activity. For me it is religious, but it is simply a safeguard for them so they are much less likely to end up in this type of situation. If a girl believes that she is worth waiting for and doesn't allow herself to be in situations where she is alone with a boy then the likelihood of premarital sex (in any form) is much less likely to happen. This would help reduce a wide range of societal issues (teenage pregnancy, many STDs, pornographic addiction, etc).

Plus, if a girl feels that she is worth waiting for, then she would hopefully be more particular about the young men she dates and hangs around. If she feels that a young man is someone that she could never see herself marrying, then she would probably move on to find someone more worthy of her.

The same thing goes to the fathers of boys. Please, as a father of three girls, teach your boys that they are worth waiting for too. Teach them that girls are beautiful and precious but that they are precious to you too. How many young men have found themselves in a situation where they are young and struggling only to find out that a girl they hooked up with is pregnant. Now, they either fell obligated to marry her without really loving her which isn't fair and likely ends in divorce, or they find themselves paying child support to a woman they don't really know and hoping she is raising their child properly. It is just bad news all the way around.

Sorry. This is another one of those areas where I am rather passionate about.

That was well said, and I totally agree, and it was how I raised my three kids, two of which are very happily married now. Of course the degenerates are going to come out of the woodwork now and mock you as a old fashioned, regressive prude, and exalt their own progressive promiscuous debauchery as the "enlightened" way.

As much as it pains me, you are spot on. :) Many on here will say you are prudish and out of touch with the times. To me it goes to maturity. I don't think many of these kids understand the emotional aspect of sex.

That being said, were you a virgin when you got married?
