Yes, but as the indictment also points out, July 27, 2016 was the first time that Russian hackers targeted Hillary Clinton's personal e-mail account. Coincidence? I think not.
It said ON OR ABOUT July 27, 2016.
Whoop that horse rain man!
In legal docs you always say on or about
Why?
I know why, but I'm curious what you think.
I'm still waiting on the lawyers to explain the use of On or About in legal terms and why the phrase is used.
Did I miss something?
Bravo Alan! Still pointing out to your party just how FOS they are over this whole damn ordeal!
Guess you've undertaken some recent up close and personal investigative work on how Mueller's cannon is functioning?
Doesn't Dershowitz have to assume that Mueller has nothing left to bring? Otherwise, I don't see how he can conclude a special counsel was not needed. And of course he's not privy to what Mueller has left in his cannon.
"I'll use what-about-ism when I have nothing else."
Earlier today, Trump said that we would have a really good relationship with Russia if it wasn't for the Mueller investigation. Think about that for a minute. He just said that we would have a really good relationship with a country who meddled in our most recent Presidential election if we weren't trying to hold the individuals responsible for the meddling, accountable for it. Nowhere in Trump's statements today did he say that we would have a better relationship with Russia if they hadn't meddled in the 2016 Presidential election to begin with.
