Lol. They did say cortisone so I have no idea. He has the 3 month rule and her surgery is a little beyond 3 months. I think she had the injection April 6. They did an X ray and then we had the discussion to determine best course of action. After discussing waiting until the end of the summer the Doc suggested maybe a "cortisone" injection might get her some relief and bridge her till late summer early fall. The doc came in numbed up a spot and gave her an injection. After about 24 hours she thought it was slightly better. After 2-3 days it started to get considerably worse. She's now had to get a cane to assist in walking.

I thought about an inversion table. Doc said it couldn't hurt.

I just got an email that said John Ward passed away.
I just started crying for a man that I have known for 40 years, but never actually met.
He will always be the Voice of the Vols to me.

He will forever be the voice I hear when our Volunteers make a great play in football or basketball!
“Give him Six!”
“...tackled by a Host of Volunteers!”

“Bottom!”
“String Music!”

John Ward is the Legend the I was lucky enough to hear throughout my college years. Unparalleled in his abilty to paint a picture with words.

I will truly miss you Mr. John Ward. :hi:

Not be a colossal dick to everyone that doesn’t share my opinion (other than De1). If you check his post history, you’ll share my opinion.

I keep up with his posts and actually think he brings good info to the board. He spoke the truth about butch jones when a lot of people were not trying to hear it around here. I haven’t seen him post anything but great things about the new staff but I’ve also seen him explain and have his kids’ back and when some people don’t agree with him y’all throw the barbershop jokes at him.

I had a couple of really good doctors in Florida that were of the same mindset. There are none like that anywhere near me now that I have found. Meloxicab is a waste of my time.

I am just reaaly tired of the hoops and the attitudes, I hope the CBD oil I'm about to try helps. I'm going to pick some up this weekend.

My wife has a chronic pain conditiion (RSD/CRPS Type II). Ketamine infusions have worked wonders for her. She still take high does opiates around the clock but not as much. Another therapy her doctor does but isn’t covered by insurance yet is stem cell therapy.
