They are. But not because they think he’ll be great here. Their defense is great and they think they will be a legit playoff team next year and don’t wanna lose him

Hubbs says he would have been front runner to replace Gus.

Also yes Auburn people should be much more worried about losing him than georgia. Georgia has a head coach that knows defense. Auburn doesn't

It is. The program was in prime position to get back quickly, with the right hire. But then the incompetent administration in Knoxville found a way to screw it up.

Yes, but it all depends on whether they prefer hiring a philosopher who died 2500 years ago, or Kevin Steele.

I don't want Steele period, not as HC, not as DC, not with Tee Martin. We do not have Auburns DL, nor will we in the forseeable future. He has been a average to below average DC his whole career minus this year. He had Clemson in the 70's in total defense, lasted one year at LSU and the fans hated him, got replaced at Bama.
