Guys, I’m as dejected and depressed as one could be in this situation. But the one silver lining is that we are strong when we unite. Knowing that, it gives me hope that we can still make a solid hire and can remove those that don’t have our best interests in heart.

Judging by several boosters reactions, it is clear that there is an attempt to make this happen. It’s our jobs to keep our voices loud enough to be heard, and not dismissed. Keep the pressure up on social media, it obviously is a great weapon for us to use. Don’t let the media make the narrative about us being spoiled, or entitled as they are trying to do, not without a fight.

It’s time for us to help make this change, along with everyone in AD who didn’t want this to happen, and all our alumni and boosters who are fighting so hard for us as well.

Go Vols!!!

The 4 ESPN hosts currently trashing Tennessee: Booger, Kirk, Desmond, and Stephen A Smith all have something very much in common. They are represented by CAA (Creative Artists Agency). Guess who is a lead agent for CAA... Jimmy Sexton. Greg Schiano's agent.

If we are talking about condemning Schiano only you are correct. But there is more to it than jus that.

Schiano very likely is completely innocent. I'm fine saying that. There is also testimony that he did know something. It is double hearsay, which is not prosecutable and highly suspect. Its not nothing either. The football program is responsible for more than just what is prosecutable. We aren't here to hire whoever can't be prosecuted. We are hiring a guy that is supposed to represent the University. I believe we should stay away from anyone remotely connected to the Sandusky scandal to protect ourselves.

Because its not nothing, it would fairly come up at his first press conference. All the media criticizing us would be asking the same question. If anything ever happened under his watch that involved a sexual assault - even if he handled it right - this would come up again. Whose side do you think the national press would be on if we had an assault charge with a HC with Sandusky related testimony that implicated him? DO think it being double hearsay would matter then? Do you honestly think it would not matter if there was a Title 9 Investigator on campus? All these things aren't slightly maybe's, they are things Tennessee has had to deal with on multiple occasions historically.

That's fair of me to point out. And its a factual issue, no matter your opinion on the evidence with him.
