Too many college grads leave with a worthless degree and debt that will keep them down for years and never catch up with those who learn a skill. For example, a welder can make $50K/yr right out of welding school. A small % of college grads start out at over $50K/yr. A master welder can make in excess of $100K/yr. In 5 years, almost 50% of today's master welders will be over 60. So, in 2023, there will be a severe shortage of master welders and it's predicted a master welder can easily make in excess of $150K/yr.
