Anyone good enough to start isn't a wasted scholarship. He's a solid starter. Nothing special. If we had better DEs he'd be a very good backup.

Your idea that a bust is a wasted scholarship is simply stupid. KM is a bust so far. He's still been good enough to start and play a large number of snaps and we are better with him than without him. Not everyone is an all American, and being less than an all American doesn't make one a waste of a scholarship.

He's not a solid starter. He's a below average SEC defensive lineman. Outside of a pick six against Missouri, he's done next to nothing positive on the field for Tennessee. Mackenzie has certainly been a bust as well. I also didn't say you had to be an All American to be worthy of a scholarship. I will backtrack a little and say that considering him a waste of a scholarship is over the top. He's simply a bust.
