I like Stoops, but I'd take Patterson or Mullen over him any day. Frost as well.

Kongbo is a mystery. I think he would be based served in a roll similar to Aldon Smith. Basically a slasher. Sometimes with his hand in the dirty sometimes standing up. He’s only like 260

Contradictory to all my other posts, I'm having a catbone moment. If we spend weeks talking about all these tier 1 coaches and prance out Bobo etc...

I'm sure he had his reasons. It wouldn't have to be because he was planning to take this job (or any job) all along. Timing is everything.

I don’t think he has the skill set at ALL to be OLB in a 3-4. He doesn’t have the lateral quickness to play DE in a 4-3. Much more suited to be a DT or 3-4 end. He was looking better at the end of last year at DT.

I just think swain is losing respect. One min it's Gruden, the next it's not. Some think he's part of the disinformation campaign. Some think he's being used by the AD. Some think he's just throwing stuff against the wall to see what sticks.

I think the truth is that a guy like Swain gets every single rumor DM'd to him because he's a media face in Knoxville. And also as a former player, he heard everything every single former player hears.

He's saying he knows for a fact Gruden told someone "no" and has told other people "yes". And I think that's probably close to the truth.

He's just a lost cause IMO. Wasted a scholarship there.

I think some of it was the off the field stuff. He may be looking to come back
