Good to hear! I’m very optimistic we get the hire right this time. We seem so far from a Bobo hire at the moment. I’m pleased.

I was an idiot about it the last go round. Decided afterwards it was obnoxious and pointless. Plus I want the guy as much as anyone else. We will see where it goes!

Another thing that's a little overlooked about Gruden is his hunger and desire to win and to just coach again. Imagine the intensity of his first few years on the job.

So we have our 3 major candidates for AD working together to bring Gruden to Rocky Top.

All we need now is Johnny Majors calling Gruden at 1 a.m. drunk as a skunk and delivering an Obi-Wan Kenobi-style motivational speech to seal the deal.

Not to sidetrack Grumors and all but last night was a huge night for football in Georgia. Several names we have recruited went down. Trevor Lawrence and Cartersville lost to Blessed Trinity and Owen Pappoe and Grayson lost to North Gwinnett. Lowndes the #1 ranked team in 7a also lost to Mceachern.
