I think it does come down to the control issue. Gruden wants full control and I don’t blame him.

The difference between UT and Alabama—they gave Saban control.

And people in power don’t like to give up control (see Univ of Tenn).

A really solid up and coming coach who is highly sought after. I believe we have a pretty good idea of who our 2-3 coaching candidates are, and we feel pretty good about landing them. I'm still confused. It looked as though someone with the handle Go Golf was making the tweets at Currie and at Beaver's twitter. Was it actually Beaver making those tweets?

His end agenda seems to be a complete power shift among the leadership of The University of Tennessee.

I think getting Gruden as the head coach is a treat that comes with it.

He said he knew who was calling about the job and that made him happy. He said he can't say bc it would not be good for the guy calling about the job. So, yea, he knows something.
