I agree with you some what, but we don't know if Currie possibly backed Jones on the taking away of certain responsibilities and what not. That could've factored him leaving whether Jones was gone or not.

Then again, would his boss be Jones or Currie?

In most fraternities this kind of stuff would be kept internal. When you see a guy every day, the fact his dad is someone huge wears off. Not to mention the trust involved with keeping your best friends' business personal. I had a few buddies whose dads were big wigs, and when they made the news, we maybe made a joke or comment and then left it. There was no need or desire to discuss it externally.

All this to say, don't expect them to leak much from AGR.

I mostly agree with you. Just surprised that somebody hasn’t claimed to be his roommate.

From TOS:.....Davis believed he was part of a hostile work environment. He resigned to pursue job opportunities outside of athletics.

This season he was made to drive to and from away games if he wanted to travel, after flying on team charters in the past. Davis was only allowed to travel, sources said, if he supplied his own travel arrangements.

Additionally, job responsibilities were continually being taken away from Davis, leading to his resignation.

Rucker on Finebaum stating Kendrick's concussion isn't Butch's fault. I get the argument however anyone watching the game could see Kendrick was playing very poorly. The signals were there.

Sources told GoVols247 that Davis believed he was part of a hostile work environment. He resigned to pursue job opportunities outside of athletics.

Tennessee on Wednesday did not immediately respond to GoVols247's request for comment on the Davis resignation or the reasons behind it.

He definitely was not playing well. I actually made a comment to a buddy about it during the game. But I couldn’t tell that he was concussed. Just thought he was having a bad game.

I think that is the argument. Leaked to dirty up Butch for buyout leverage, or did the coaches actually break concussion protocols because his back up did not make the trip..I am tending to go with the latter. Travis is an atty and I believe he does some good work when he dives in on serious matter. ie the Vandy rape case. My personal belief is that she is saying she was lied to re coaches did not know and he had no symptoms
