Well, of course an article would say that. I'm waiting to see something from the investigative side of it. Impartial med staff hired by the SEC is part of the safeguard. It is a liability buffer provided by the SEC and agree upon by the Universities to prevent them being sued by players or families. It would take some pretty aggressive moves by the coaching staff to circumvent that.
I'm all for the result we want, just trying to be level headed and non-inflammatory.
Gotcha, I was just responding to you saying that you haven't seen any allegations that the coaching staff knew. You can find videos of Kendrick fumbling around the field and getting penalties. You'd think a trained spotter would see that.
Also, Walt Wells absolutely spoke to Kendrick post concussion, and according to the statement released by Currie, is also trained to spot concussion symptoms.
I'm assuming Butch could be held liable, from a for-cause contract standpoint, for the actions of his coaching staff.
