Empty Neyland Movement (#uncluttervolnation)

She doesn't take athletics as seriously as she should. It's a big worry for everyone involved.

It's last on her list of job requirements. And it's been well documented that she doesn't want to have as much of a hand in the athletic department as past Chancellors and is going to trust the AD.

What do you think this strategy will do to recruiting?

How do you think coaching candidates will view this?

I am all for it if you say, "If CBJ is still here at the beginning of the 2018 season, then we will have a #EmptyNeyland campaign"

That is fine because you have put it out there that this will happen if he is still here, but to want to do it more than half way through the season with a recruiting class that is already crumbling is the dumbest thing I have seen.

These young men that are playing on that field have done nothing to deserve this. There are some out there that only have a handful of football games left in Neyland, but also a handful left that they will ever play again.

I want CBJ gone just as bad as the rest of you, but this campaign is going to do nothing but hurt our program even more.

They already won and it's been called off. The rumor is out about the negotiations.

Let them have their victory.

Now if you don't go to the games it means you want to keep Butch.

I'm seriously beginning to believe with that many posts and your username you work in the athletic department.

A lame duck coach and the AD potentially hiring another mediocre coach are far more catastrophic than an empty stadium. Get real.

Why maybe?

Is this about firing Jones or UT actually fixing the problem.

Hamilton fired Fulmer. Kiffin hired, followed by shortly by Dooley. That didn't fix the problem of the program slipping, and eventually added to it.

Hart fired Dooley. That didn't fix the problem, Jones hired. You could argue it didn't make it worse considering the roster will be better after Jones leaves.

Unless this movement is about the head football coach in 2018 (which you may not know til late Nov early Dec depending on who it is) its being extremely short sighted to fixing the problem.

What if you're taking me a bit too seriously? What if this post was posted online as entertainment and exaggerated for these purposes? Could you think this is possible?

Don't believe everything you see online.

Backpedal much?!!!

Now that they won they want to ask for more.

It's not just football. Men and women's Basketball and baseball is terrible too. We simply have an inept and selfish admin who don't seem to care about winning.
