Sports are entertainment, you either pick a team to be a fan of win or lose, or always go with the winning team. Think of it this way, gambling is entertainment, you go into it hoping to win but you will not always do that. Some years you have a good year and you win more than you lose, some years are bad and you lose all your money. If you do not feel entertained anymore you quit.

Its not really BS. Say this restaurant like the vols you grew up loving them. They were the things that memories were made from. Food most of the time was 4 star. Being that your from a state where this one restaurant is the only one in town minus a few roach coaches. Then something happened they changed mgmt,and things went down hill. All these problems became compounded. Its still the only restaurant in town, but the town over has this new flashy joint we can call it Ruths Chris. Its 45 minutes away, but you grew up loving this other restaurant your loyal its part of the family vicarously thru memories created there. You hope things get better, but up to this point you have no indication it will. Your torn continue to go with hope things change, or give up and drive 45 minutes away. That creates a internal conflict because not only was it a special place, but you knew the owners and they were family friends. Do i abandon this special gem, or do i jump ship and go to this flashy joint. Well my point is UT football is like this restaurant yes theyre over 100 other choices, but you cant see yourself goung anywhere else it just doesnt fill right. It pains me to have to support this #emptyneyland movement, but until the university addresses the problems on the hill it is a necessary evil. Lets say hypothetically he wins out. The university keeps him. What does that say to the fans. Dont say its not possible reports say Currie keeps telling Butch to just worry about making a bowl. No one knows 100% that he will be gone no matter what.

I would not miss the game, I support the players. The administration already knows the sentiment about Butch Jones.

Has Currie or Butch personally guaranteed you Butch is out?

Even if they did, People change their minds.
Mr.Haslam might not want it if we go 7-5 or can’t get a Top Tier replacement.
Vol fans are smart Not to trust Our Administration to do the right thing. They haven’t so far.
And, they haven’t many times in the past.

Yeah, didn’t think so.
The fact that Butch is still our Coach after the abysmal performances against UMASS, UGA, Bama, USC and UK is unbelievably incredulous to this fan base.
And the bull**** reason being floated by some that none of our assistant coaches want to be the interim is prima facia lunacy.

Our players are not idiots and not oblivious to what’s going on with the Vol fan base. Their age group LIVES on their phones on social media.
They know the fans are clamoring for Butch to be fired.

This is simply wrong. You people do realize that the football program is for the student-athletes right? its called interscholastic for a reason. I don't care how much I want this Coach gone I will not turn my back on these young men who actually do give they're all for Tennessee. None of this will hurt Butch Jones, Currie or any of the other people that you are targeting, but it will hurt these young men. Why would they want to continue to represent this University and this state when the fans turn their back on them? Why would a student-athlete want to come to this University Knowing how the fan base could potentially treat them or better yet turn on them?

There really isn't any other choice. They aren't listening to social media. They only understand $. I hate it for the players, but there is no other way to be heard as of now.

Why the hell should anyone listen to social media? Social media is the most overrated tool when it comes to taking the temperature of what is actually happening. See last November for example.
