I don't think Frost would be a horrible hire in the least.

Not many G5 coaches this year making big waves other than those two and Charlie Strong. A few names at the P5 level that are making noise, but money being the issue in buying out contracts and taking a chance on them in the SEC.

I know I am in the minority but I would have no problem with Strong. I think he took over an unbelievably bad situation at Texas and many boosters weren't found of the hire in the first place.

his buyout is 2.5 million per year based on contract date which runs from March 1 to end of Feb each year. If fired prior to a March 1 date, then he will be paid a prorated amount per day of that 2.5 million for that year he is fired.

So basically we save 200k every 30 days we wait... not worth it, send him packing.

Look at John Currie. Read his body language. You really think he’s already signed Gruden?

If Currie is even retaining the notion of keeping Butch and not interviewing any candidates at this point..he is the idiot and needs to go. Tennessee football is on the brink of extinction

and if you can't beat them then I doubt we can beat Southern Miss. they played each other in Sept this year. Kentucky won 24-17 but statistically Southern Miss won. Neither team could run, 78 to 55 net yards rushing. Southern Miss 300 plus yards passing to <200 for KY. Turnovers looked to be key as SM had 3. first downs were SM19 to 12 for Ky.
