My husband went to Alabama. I tell him he's a lucky man I look past his obvious flaw. He's a pretty good sport, though, and every time he has a business trip to knoxville he picks me up a new Vols shirt or item I've been wanting.

You can't just plug a new coach in mid week. It would have to be someone already on staff who knows exactly what's going on. 99% it is Hoke.

Devil's advocate says it's not hard to learn 7 plays and 2 personnel groupings. You can let Shoop handle 100% of the D.

FTR I think Fulmer as an interim would be a mistake.

But I do need some good vibes this week from VN. It's Bama week and the number of Knoxville based Bama fans at my work is baffling. These people are born and raised in TN. Never set foot in the State of Alabama and they have f'ing elephants on their cars and run around all week yelling "Roll Tide". It's all I can do to keep from punching them in their faces.

I think Peyton is the wild card here. To much respect for him to lead on Peyton. If Peyton is truly involved as been speculated/rumored, it's serious IMO.
