That is not exactly slavery but the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution does make it clear that national allegiance supersedes state allegiance.
Thankfully that wasn't the case... but yes.
We are one nation, under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all... Did anyone besides me ever have to say the pledge of allegiance before elementary school started?

Not sure why people give the White Supremacist group attention. I mean I get why the hard core left does, they need to feel like they belong to some cause as a way to justify their lifetime of failure..but they don't seem to realize that the more you bring this very, very small group of people and their ideas to light the more attention you bring to them. I think in the bleeding heart world its called "raising awareness". Thats all they are doing.

Dante Strobino, 35, and Ngoc Loan Tran, 24, were arrested when they attended a court hearing for another woman who was charged Tuesday for climbing a ladder to attach a rope to the bronze soldier. Peter Gilbert, 39, was arrested later Wednesday afternoon.
