Have you tried Acifex? Man, it has literally helped me more than anything. I've tried everything on the market, and never had any luck. My wife begged me for a long time to ask my dr to try it, and it's been so helpful. I occasionally have a little heartburn, especially if I skip it, but overall the feeling like my chest would explode has been gone since I started it.

I just popped a Prilosec otc in the middle of he night night... it helped out
