Was I the only one who noticed Currie said he remembers the Lady Vols hanging banners on the rafters? Maybe hinting at which side of that fence he stands on.

Poor attempt to pull in half the fan base that doesn't like the hire. Only reminded that awful the process was.

From what he (Currie) said he was basically interviewed and hire in one day. SO essentially all the other interviews were just for show and cover policies and she knew she had no interest in hiring anyone else and had her mind set on this clown.

Oh and he just talked about the school and education and had to catch himself to say that wasn't his job, great he's just another perosn that will sacrifice sports in the process of trying to be a top 20 university. Don't get me wrong thats great for the kids, but for an AD thats not even something he should care about and that seems to be a big focus of his.

This dude is barely announced and all the so-called AD experts here are dismissing him as a failure. Unbelievable. My view, give the guy a chance. At least he's not from Bama, or any other school, he's a Tennessee guy. Hanging my hat on that for now. Flame away flame throwers.

Went as expected.
Like listening to something from a political candidate. Nothing to harm yourself and name the reasons you relate to the listeners.

And not much of a chance of changing anyone's mind either way lol.
