I would say to gain 2 years experience would help about 75% of the time. I wonder if they have compared actual results Vs prediction. I consider them like a GA Tech West. A gimmie game and a waste of a good Saturday in the fall.
Who is making this deal anyway? There is no value to us playing BYU. If we win, so what, to some how lose then what?
Who was thinking? Let's go to Utah! Nobody.
I'd rather go to Tallahassee, Clemson or Texas. Utah is for the birds.
They are inferior, it's a waste of time.
It is closer to the Grand Canyon and 4 Corners.
Let's Go!
What's the date? I was gonna put in some PTO.
Go Vols!
a good portion of the kids do it though required or not, thus they are older and have some life experience that makes them a tad bit more mature then most scholarship players at others universities....IMO
A lot of that has to do with conference ties. BYU has had good enough teams to go to the Citrus but the MWC champ plays in the Vegas bowl.
They've had five 10-win teams in the last decade and they only ever play 13.
The thing I am interested in is who does Tennessee play in 2020? The only ones who do not have a power-5/Independent on the schedule currently are North Carolina, Oklahoma, Indiana, Illinois, Nebraska, Northwestern and Washington State. I suspect whoever it is, it will be neutral site action but I don't think it will be Nebraska since they have a series in 2026 and 2027. On the same token I don't think it will be Oklahoma since they only recently had a series against each other.
Weirdest Mormon fact(as far as I'm concerned)
They teach the Earth is only 7,000 years oid so their theory on fossilized dinosaur bones is they traveled here from other planets. Bazinga!
