Maaan i'm torn on whether to protect 8 skaters of 7f/3d.

If we could sign a vet LHD it would make Ekholm expendable as much as i like his game. Ekholm + should be plenty for Duchene. As much as I don't want to break up the top 4, I'd rather trade Ekholm than Ellis. Plus Irwin has been much better than expected & Bitetto is a solid 3rd pairing guy.

You can't deadlift and most have no free weights outside of dumbbells. Find a private owned gym. Pay a higher per month rate with no contract and do yourself a favor.

I was driving to TN yesterday and didn't keep up. However, if you negas can't read, you should learn. The heart comment was directed at competitiveness. Hurd was a five star but he had a three star heart. Barnett was a three star and played with a five star heart. That's all the man was saying. We all get that you all can't stand him and want him gone but get over yourselves already.

Ha, I got warned the other day too. I was doing clean/front squats on the smith, and on my decline, starting to struggle in my last set, rotated my wrists a bit and racked it. Made a hellatious bang! A new guy, ex military came over and talked to me, and started to explain to me how to use a smith. Lol
I hate going there, but it's close to me. I've always been more into the explosive lifts, plyo, compound joint type workouts. Cross fit kinda with out the gayness!
Our PF is pretty relaxed tho, we have several body builders there that train pretty hard.

Just saw that Brandon Johnson will be limited at spring ball with a shoulder surgery. That makes Vickers, Kyle Philips and Abernathy all limited with shoulder issues.... Any thoughts on why that is happening? Saw it here:

I recall that Rock was working shoulders in a UT video that they put out. I edited to note that they were limited and not out. My bad.

I doubt anyone really cares what our coach says besides the morons here that claim to be fans. Nobody I know from other sec schools even thinks twice about it, just like I can't tell you what other coaches said after signing day.
