No.
What I'm saying is regardless of much education you attain, if you are non-white, you will be paid less than a white person who has the same education level you do. That no matter how much education we get we're still not white which means we'll get paid less.
That is white privilege.
That is white supremacy.
So NOT TRUE in very many work arenas.
Successful companies operate on a business plan. Part of that plan is to arrange themselves by organizational charts into a heirarchy of job slots. Each job slot from entry level to top managers has a wage range associated with it. The slots are filled and wage paid is determined by MERRIT. I have worked for successful engineering companies where whites were the minority. Indians, chinese, middle eastern, phillipino, puerto rican.
While not perfect, the system of annual personnel reviews is used to evaluate past performance, define problem areas, and set future training and growth goals so that employees can participate in their own merrit evaluation and they know why they're in the pay slot they are in. And all it takes is the will to improve your value to the company to improve your own salary. It's how it should work. Asians, jews, whites, latins, and many blacks; all have this work ethic built in to some degree. They go out and make their own lives better.
But you, D4H with all your eloquence, instead teaching the black community to raise up their children with a sound work ethic are doing the opposite.
It ain't our fault. You owe us.
BS. One of my ancestors "the immigrant" was an indentured servant who had to run away. Another learned to make stills and his wife took in washing. Another was a thief. But in all of that, there were those who saw opportunity and improved their lot. They merrited the better life they achieved.
Others, born in it because an ancestor did well...But isn't being able to see our parents secure in their old age and having a better life for our children what we ALL want?
