That "guy" had the benefit of winning with a team Tony Dungy put together. He was a one and done coach. Nothing significant before or after his one and done season with Tony's team. He thanks his lucky stars he has to no longer coach as he was exposed IMO. Bring him back to college football, especially on The Hill would be a massive fail, he knows it and anybody that was in Tampa Bay while he was there knows it.
Dungy is the overrated one. Gruden was the only coach in forever to make the Raiders good, and in fact built the team that he then dominated in the Super Bowl. I bet some of you were the ones saying "Don't worry about Bama hiring Saban, he's overrated."
