UK would get the ever loving snot kicked out of them by Northwestern. So would Vandy and Mizzou. They're overrated, but they're not in that bottom tier like UK

They looked like UK last year in that bow game to me.

Just another slow big 10 team that gets wins cause they don't play teams with speed.

And we lost to USC. By your logic we should expect a loss against everyone USC lost to.

Northwestern is a much better team than those two, and is a much better team than ILST

We just know our own warts better than others. Northwestern and those other posers would get throttled weekly in this conference.

The worst division of any P5 conference is some bullchit. The East isn't comparable to the West right now and is an absolute mess but a lot of our cruddy teams would still beat other conferences top teams.

Not in the East. They'd be 3rd or 4th in the East, IMO. Not great, but certainly better than our bottom dwellers.

I disagree. Top to bottom the east is one of, if not the worst division in p5.

And none of the east cruddy teams would even stand a chance against top teams from other conferences.

You really think Vandy/Mizzou/UK/USC could even compete with Washington, Clemson, FSU, Louisville, Michigan, OSU, OU, etc...? Heck, they wouldn't even stand a chance against other conferences middle teams like Stanford, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Baylor, WVU, VA Tech, etc...

Not really sure where I would fall in this discussion, but I would think it's better to compare schools where they would normally fit in their division. That means, Vandy, UK, Mizzou against Purdue, Illinois, and Minnesota. I believe the Big Ten West could rival for worst division.

I agree with your reasoning, just responding to the OP that said our cruddy teams would beat other conferences top teams.

And B10 west could rival SEC east, but those three you mentioned, I think they win 2/3. And their top teams in B10 west might tale 2/3 also. We may be a taller midget than they are though.

It's an FCS team. If everyone doesn't have a good game, things are seriously bad.

Not Eazy, but on the Hurd situation and without going into details, it seems that Hurd being a quitter gains more and more traction as more information gets out.

I don't think it's really worth getting into but I would take anything Vol74 says with a grain of salt. He seems to be enjoying the interviews and spotlight since Jalen's decision so good for him.

I'm pretty sure northwestern is 4-4, so I'm not sure how you think they're going to go 10-2

Was using last year as an example. They have teams like that yearly.

This conference is a meat grinder. Sec east is no where near the bottom of divisions in p5.

Vandy and Mizzou are barely at the top of CUSA.

Don't let their victory over us fool you, SCe is bad.

UK is meh.

UGA is very average.

I dunno where it would compare to all P5 divisions, but it is far from a meat grinder.
