Hayden got kicked off his team for off field stuff. I don't know details, but after the Hurd situation, that has to at least give the coaches pause.

I don't think Butch sucks. He's helped repair the disaster that was Dooley. He's just obviously not the guy who can get us over the hump. IMO he's served his purpose and coming in as a very solid coach from Cinci he's probably met expectations in reality. He wasn't ever a homerun hire, just hopeful he'd turn out to be. I think his days are numbered and hopefully the next guy can get us over the hump.
